He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin W. Moss, Jr.; and his grandparents, Thomas, Mary Ellen Ellis, Ben and Lois Moss.
He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Knighten; his children, Justin Moss (Rachael), Kellie Moss Cook (Ben), Ian Moss, Zach Moss and Chris Chevalier (Andrea); his siblings, Benji Moss (Linda), Ashley Moss Brown, Christy Capner (Brian) and Julie Gaul; his grandchildren, Landon Cross, Lanie Cook, Lilybeth Cook, Izzabelle Moss, James Ian Moss, Jr., John Gutierrez, Elliana Chevalier and Kaitlyn Runyon; and his great grandchild Drake Runyon.
