She is survived by: her significant other Larry Earnest; her children, Joey (Terri) and Samantha; her grandchildren, Justin Earnest (Jennifer), Katie Earnest Smith (Matthew), Brandon Creel, Sarah Szwak and Sam Szwak; her great grandchildren, Caroline and Katherine Earnest; her grandsons, Bruce Creel, Warren Cantrell and David Jarrett; and her friend Barbara Cantrell.
