It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Wayne Thompson of Bentley, Louisiana, who passed away on May 12, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Gale Thompson; his parents, Reginald L. Thompson and Claudia Robertson Thompson; his son-in-law Robert D. Ballard, Sr.; and his grandson Robert D. Ballard, Jr. (Those).
He is survived by: his daughters, Gwendolyn "Gwendy" Ballard, Patricia "Pat" Smith (Neal), Shay Thompson and Crystal "Crissy" Ford (Dillon); and his siblings, Ralph Thompson and Sharon Watkins. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
