He is survived by: his friend Ronnie Slay; his wife Sandra Dousay Swearengin; his children, Greg Swearengin (Marla) and Lori Swearengin Roussell (Troy); his grandchildren, Jake Swearengin, Marlee Swearengin, Peyton Roussell Nugent (Matt), Tristen Roussell and Lorin Roussell; his stepdaughter Becky Barton Goodwin (Randy); and his stepgrandchildren, Adriane Brister (Hunter), Paige Seily (Ethan), Ty and Tucker Goodwin.
