He was predeceased by: his grandson Jessie Conrad Lacheney; his parents, Frederick Glenn McCullough and Edith Virginia Raines McCullough; and his sister Darlene Widner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mott McCullough; his son Curtis Mathew Lacheney; his grandchildren, Claire Lacheney, Gabriella Lacheney and Callie Jean Lacheney; and his siblings, Dennis McCullough (Sheila) and Brenda Wagnon. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other loving family members and friends.
