He is survived by: his children, Stephen Brand Spilker, Brittany Allison Spilker Merricks and Michael Cody Spilker; his grandchildren, Haley Lauren Spilker, Hannah Grace Spilker and Rylen Hunter Spilker; and his children, Joey Merricks, Rinette Spilker and Ashley Wright.
