He is survived by: his wife Melva Howard of Belmont, LA; his son Doug Howard (Olivia) of Belmont, LA; his grandchildren, Justice Howard of Zwolle, LA, Christian Howard of Zwolle, LA, Camden Howard of Belmont, LA, Cade Howard of Zwolle, LA, Addison Burr of Zwolle, LA, Justin Harrell of Belmont, LA and Jordyn Liles of Belmont, LA; his great grandchild Haigen Austin of Zwolle, LA; and his cousin Bill Howard of Belmont, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
