It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forrest O'Neil Rothwell of Belmont, Louisiana, born in Pasadena, Texas, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father David Rothwell; and his grandparents, Dick, Mabel Rothwell, Bobby and Chris Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Memorie Rothwell, Dakota Rothwell, Chasitie Rothwell and Mariah Rothwell; his mother Debbie Hayden of Houston, TX; his aunt Paula Rothwell; his uncle Steve Stanley; and his granddaughter Avalynn Mabel Rothwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
