He was predeceased by: his wife Lynette Wesley Hill; his parents, Webber Hill, Sr. and Wilhelmina Smith Hill; his grandparents, Hayward Hill, Sr., Celestine Honora Hill, Elnora Mitchell Smith and Irvin Smith, Sr.; and his siblings, Dianne Hill Scott, Michael, Daniel and Kirby Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Essie Wesley and Webber Hill Wesley; and his siblings, Hayward Hill (Patricia), Harvey Hill (Linda), Wanda Hill (Alfred), Paulette Hill, Alfreda Nicholas (Kenneth, Sr.) and Cassandra Myles. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
