He is survived by: his wife Marsha Kirkland Perera; his children, Jeremy Perera (Shane), Jeanne Stueben (Roger) and Jamie Perera (Karlie); his grandchildren, DeShae Templet (Travis), Aaron Perera, Bobby Lee, Megan Lee, Haley Breaux, William Stueben, Ian Theriot, Allen Theriot and Madden Prejean; his great grandchild Kole Templet; and his sister Sandra Perera (Randy).
