He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby and Clifton Herbert, Sr.; and his siblings, Herbert Plummer, Sr., Shirley Nicholas and Natalia Herbert.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn W. Herbert; his children, Jeffery Wayne Sims, Katina Breaux (Malcolm), Angela Herbert and Jessica Harris (Trevin); and his siblings, Alfred Plummer, Jr., Jerome Plummer, Alfredia Tassin (Clifton), Josie Valentine (Lionel) and Alicia Herbert. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a host of aunts, aucles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
