It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Hidalgo Hue of Belle Rose, Louisiana, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Hidalgo and Charles Hidalgo; her husband Edward Hue; her son Dean Hue, Sr.; and her brother Gary Hidalgo.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dean "D. J." Hue, Jr., Carmen and Cameron Hue; her great grandchild Liberty Perkins; her sister Sharon Hood (Mack); and her sister-in-law Judy Hidalgo. She is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
