He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Junior" Encalade and Dorothy "Dottie" Encalade. He is survived by: his children, Aundre Encalade, Sr. (Lenita), Swan Rivers (Mackeaver), Jerell Encalade (Kelaya) and Christina Encalade; his grandchildren, Mellonease Kirksey (Anjuan), Aundre Encalade, Jr., Mikayla, Chandler Rivers, Josiah, Alicia Encalade and Ja'lynn Crosby; his great grandchildren, Sanaii and Kai Kirksey; his sisters, Gwendolynn Adams, Ginger Ben, Stephanie Duplessis (Antoine), Leslie Picquet (Eugene, Jr.) and Rae Riley (Kevin, Sr.); his cousin Ursula "Nonnie" Barthelemy; and his godchildren, Joel Frederick, Trina Bryan and Tamisha Isidore. He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to St. Thomas Catholic Church "In Memory of Wayne D. Encalade.".
