Sabatain Black Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sabatain Black (Belle Chasse, Louisiana), who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jake Black Sr. and Leverne J. Black; his children, Sabatain, Tyrin Barraza, Dylan, Jacob, Devin Black and Brooklyn Shea; his grandchildren, Princeton and Aliaus Barraza; his siblings, Grace, Gary, Walter Sr. (Shelia), Stefan Black, Isaac Smallwood and Delicia Nathan (John); his godparents, Barbara Bentley, Haywood Johnson Jr. and Rev. Nathaniel Jimcoily; his siblings, Jake Jr., Charlan and Chermaine Black; and his grandfathers, Haywood Sr. Johnson (Patsy) and Leonard Sr. Black (Grace). He was also cherished by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends.
