Though Ruby Lawson may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lawson and Lucille Lawson; and her husband Chester Vidal, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Chester Vidal, Jr. (late Jenny) and Judy Guidry (late Wilson); and her grandchildren, Lisa Guidry, Melinda, Tammy Vidal, Beth Vidal, Stacey Rayna, Shelly and Travis Guidry, Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
