Cooper; his goddaughter Hailey Boudreaux; and his aunts and uncles, Warren (Jacqueline "Jackie" Wilbratte), Cynthia "Cindy" Norris and Medwick "Rock" (Judy Robichaux).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetic Association.
