He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clyde Poland and Catherine DiMartino. He is survived by: his children, Joel and Brooklyn Poland; the mother of his children Melanie West; his parents, Glenda Treme' (Josh Treme') and Eric Hoormann; his siblings, Chad Collier, Sara Marse (Garrett), Cameron Buels and Savannah Treme'; his stepsister Joshlynn Treme; and his grandmother Lena Poland. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
