He was predeceased by: his father William Fredrick Lester; and his brother Eugene Fredrick Lester. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cooper Lester; his brother Louis Lester (Cheryl Lester); his children, Andrea Bailey (Brook Bailey) and Jacob Lester (Meme Lester); and his grandchildren, Chandler Gerrard, Holden Bailey, Emaline Bailey and Kara Lester.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Joseph Hospice Foundation (stjosephhospicefoundation.org) in honor of Mike.
