He is survived by: his wife Martha Sue Parker McGowan; and his children, Dyna (Jerry Sibert) of Belcher, Patti Moreman of Bossier City, Mike (Charlene McGowan) of Belcher, Danny (Laurie McGowan) of Blanchard, Lisa (John McElligott) of Knoxville, TN and Mark McGowan of El Paso, TX. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
