He is survived by: his wife Evelyn G. Hebert; his sons, Jason M. Hebert Sr. (Nikki), Robert J. Hebert and Wayne P. Hebert; his grandchildren, Cierra Hebert, Jason M. Hebert Jr. and Marissa Hebert; and his great grandchild Aria Alea Verdin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
