He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne D. Billiot and Edward B. Billiot. He is survived by: his wife Penny Benoit Billiot; his son Travis Billiot (Meagan Bergeron Billiot); his grandchildren, Cole Billiot and Makayla Billiot; his siblings, Preston (Vickie), Daniel (Hope), Ricky (Nina) and Deborah Unbehagen (Karl); his close friend Travis Billiot; and his daughter-in-law Meagan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
