He is survived by: his parents, Jason Porche and Kristen Porche; his brother Logan Jernigan; his grandparents, Ellen Dupre (Danny Naquin), Glen and Kay Porche; his aunt Heather; his uncles, Mitch Welling and Jake Porche; his cousins, Liam and Tate Welling; his great-grandparents, Emmadel Dupre (Patty Martin Broussard), Leona, Junius Blanchard, Mancy Dantin, Louby Dupre, Earl, Rose Boudreaux, AJ and Beverly Porche; and his pet Pheobe.
Organ donation played a very large role in his life, as he was actively listed and waiting on a new liver.
