He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Francis and Corine Duthu Francis; his daughter Jennifer Francis Martin; his grandchildren, Joshua Martin and Tara Kay Francis; and his siblings, Elnora Francis, Eva Francis, Antoine "Tee" Francis, Josephine Doris Francis Chapman, Clifford Francis, Sidney Joseph Francis and Mary Melvina Francis Landry.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Billiot Francis; his children, Terry Francis, David Francis (Julie), Nolan Francis, Jr. (Stephanie), Farrel Francis, Sandra Smith, Johanna Fitch (Wilfred) and Diana Francis; and his sister Corine Paulk. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
