She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Magadline Morgan; her husband Kenneth R. Rowe; her father Lacy Franklin Morgan; and her brother Lacy Morgan Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Rowe Jr. (Eliane) of Clinton, Connecticut and Melissa Montgomery (Lee) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Chris Katz (Sarah) of Baton Rouge, Robert Rowe (Amber) of Charleston, Aaron Bizzell of Baton Rouge and Lauren Montgomery of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and her siblings, Billy Morgan (Nancy) of Bryantown, Shirley Hatfield (Ronnie) of Brenton and Sheronda Shields of Cub Creek. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Methodist Church in Baton Rouge or to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
