He was predeceased by: his former wife Josi Boudreaux; his parents, Walter Boudreaux Sr. and Aurelia Boudreaux; his stepmother Judy Boudreaux; and his brothers, Nelson and Adam Boudreaux.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Boudreaux; his children, Shannon Boudreaux (Dawn) and Jolee Boudreaux; and his stepdaughters, Kim Fortinberry (Greg) and Kelli Oulman (Mark). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rabenhorst Funeral Home (11000 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70815). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
