He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Warrene Lee, Audrey Bethea Tolson and T. P. Bethea, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Sallie Bethea and Sam Bethea; his siblings, Hardy and Madeline; his grandfather L. H. Lee, Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, Vicki, Ben Sydboten, Regina, Virgil Bethea, Jan, Monroe Bethea, Beth, David Johnston, Rise' and T. P. Bethea.
The family requests no flowers. If you would like to honor Tyler's life, he asked that contributions be made to Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center to support Dr. Victor Lin's research and clinical trials.
