She is survived by: her fiancé Franklin Shaffer of Baton Rouge; her son Jake Bourgeois (Maci Bourgeois); her grandchildren, Collins and Kane Bourgeois of Kentwood; her uncles, Matthew Champagne of Bloomington and Joseph Champagne, Jr. of Acton, Massachusetts; and her grandmother Emily Champagne of Bloomington, Indiana..
