He is survived by: his parents, Ezekiel W. Carraway and Ada B. Carraway; his wife Sarah Velma Smith Carraway; his daughters, Mandy Cummins and Miriam Atwood (Dan) of Fayetteville, AR.; and his sisters, Joy Granger, Juanita Harris and Elizabeth Waltman. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
