He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Bice and Joyce Robouche; and his son Christopher Bice. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Steven Bice (Laura), Michael Bice, Lyndsey Bice (Eddie) and Edward Price Jr. (Tara Surrency-Price); and his brother Richard Bice (Becky). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
