She is survived by: her children, Charles Radford "Rad" Hicks, Jr., Melissa Hicks Jenkins (Ron) and Philip Matthew Hicks; her siblings, Charles R. "Choo Choo" Bennett, Dodie B. Charlet and Helen "Ruthie" Davis (Randy); her granddaughters, Leanna Hicks Carey (Patrick), Sarah Hicks Briggs (Dustin), Katie Grace Hicks, Katelyn Joy Jenkins and Savannah Elizabeth Hicks; and her great grandchild Opal June Carey.
