He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Graphia and Annie Graphia; and his grandchildren, English Graphia and Skylar Meadors. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Graphia; his brothers, Joe Graphia (Diane) and Ferdinand Graphia (Wendy); and his children, Crystal Meadors (Mark), Sammy Graphia, Jr., Christopher Graphia (Kelly), Jonathan Graphia (Tanya) and Jeffery Harrison (Stephanie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
