He was predeceased by: his parents, Cal Brown and Luvenia Thomas Brown; and his siblings, Idell "Baby Nell" Stampley and Alex Brown (Jackie). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Scott Brown; his children, Theodore Roosevelt Brown of Jacksonville, FL, Roderick Thomas Brown (Crystal) of Houston, TX and Alexis Jones (Troy) of Zachary, LA; his grandchildren, Morgan Brown Alnakib of Houston, TX, Bianca Stevens (Tre), Chelse Green (Sidney), Alea Jones, Leland Jones of Zachary, LA and Joshua Brown of Yardley, PA; his great grandchildren, Mia Jones, Madison Stevens, McKensie Stevens, Elijah Green, Lily Jones, Izabella Alnakib and Izayah Alnakib; and his siblings, Ollie Joe Brown (Georgia) of Baton Rouge, LA, Harry Carter (late Brenda Carter) of Houston, TX, Luvenia "Peggy" Hall (late Charles Hall, Sr.), Elouise Ricard (late Ray Richard) and Dianne Marshall of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM.
