She was predeceased by: her brothers, Clarence Stewart and David Thomas; her parents, Doretha Bertrand Stewart Thomas and Clarence Stewart; her grandparents, Emanuel, Berta Bertrand, Robert Stewart and Adeline Coon; and her aunts and uncles, Sidney Bertrand Sr., James Bertrand, Robert Bertrand Sr., Emanuel Bertrand Jr., Clifford Bertrand Sr., Oliver Bertrand, Eva Bertrand Guidry, Mary Bertrand Guthier and Bertha Bertrand Taylor.

She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Devall, Sr.; her children, Theodore "Teddy" Devall, Jr. (Wendy), Neonetta "Lisa" Devall and Tanya Devall-Harris (Richard); her grandchildren, Aisha Yesufu of Fort Lewis, WA, Devall Harris of Houston, TX, Dorian Harris of Houston, TX, Tristian Devall, Julian Devall of Brusly, LA and Devin Harris of Houston, TX; and her niece Samantha Thomas. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, traveling with her husband.
