We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2024, at the age of 86, Richard Lane Tucker (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, T. G. Tucker and Louise Tucker; his brothers, Wendell and Barry Tucker; his parents-in-law, L. D. and Olga Smith; and his daughter Baby Tucker.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Smith Tucker (Bobbye); his children, Timothy L. Tucker (Renee) and Lauri Tucker Decell (Keith); his grandchildren, Brandon Tucker (Maegan Martin), Dustin Tucker (Jeanie), Hunter Decell (Amanda) and Chelsea Nichols (Scott); and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Sadie Tucker, Aubree, Emma, Jace Decell, Charlotte, Tucker Nichols and Brynlee Martin.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Foster Road Baptist Church (11333 Foster Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70811). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
