He is survived by: his parents, Phil Phistry and Ann Phistry of Baton Rouge; his siblings, Gina Smiley (Terry) and Ryan Phistry (Angel); his nephews, Justin Smiley (Carlee), Austin Smiley, Sammy Smiley and Blake Phistry; and his niece Breanna Phistry.
