She was predeceased by: her husband Hilmon Bell; her parents, Lincoln Mose and Regina Mose; and her siblings, Elsie Dennis, Wilmon Mose, Clifton Mose, Laverna Denton, LouElla St. Andrews, Lydia Harris and Felmon Mose.
She is survived by: her children, Neldia Bell-Jeanpierre (Carl) of Baker, LA, Mazola Brown of San Antonio, TX, Monica Malbrue (Joseph) of Baton Rouge, LA, Valencia Alexander (Royal) of Baton Rouge, LA, Elisha McCoggle of Baton Rouge, LA and Cervantes Bell (Latrice) of Baton Rouge, LA; her sisters, Mary Joy Ardoin (Wilfred) of Mamou, LA and Juanita Ceaser of Houston, TX; her siblings-in-law, Thelma Mose of Ville Platte, LA, Gertie Carrier of Houston, TX, Wayne Bell, Austin Bell, Jr. and Jason Bell; her godchildren, Donald Denton and Sophia Tezeno; and her friend Shirley Castille. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Therefore, the number of guests will be limited and face masks will be MANDATORY to attend the viewing and service.
