She was predeceased by: her parents, Thompson Ellis Barnett and Ilma Mackie Barnett; and her brother Thom Wiley Barnett. She is survived by: her husband Charles F. Wickwire Jr.; her sons, Charles F. Wickwire III and Eric Thompson Wickwire; her grandson Ellis Mackie Wickwire; and her brother Jeff Davis Barnett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Seale Funeral Home (1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
