She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Henry Old and Ethel Blair Adams; her brother Edwin "Ned" Old; her husband Otis Wyatt Fleshman, Jr.; and her children, Mildred Ethel "Mimi" Fleshman Sanches, Edwin and Fred Fleshman.
She is survived by: her children, Bebe, Crewe and Roger Fleshman (Emily Charles); her daughters-in-law, Nina Broyles Fleshman and Glenda Sanders Fleshman; her grandchildren, Elizabeth "Missy" Fleshman, Dr. Stephen Sanches (Kathryn Johnson), David Fleshman (Loren Shanklin), Grace Fleshman, Dr. Steven Hart (Holli Sadler) and Christopher Reed Hart; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy Besil, Adelaide Sanches, Juliana Sanches, Charlie Sanches, Jack Sanches, Virginia Fleshman, Edwin Fleshman, II and Oliver Fleshman.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Dunham Chapel at First Presbyterian Church (763 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70802). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to First Presbyterian Church in Baton Rouge, Pryor Memorial Presbyterian in Crewe, VA, or the Young Family Cemetery.
