He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Moore and Mary Donnelly; his wife Nina LeBlanc Moore; and his daughter Marilyn Moore. He is survived by: his children, Lowell F. Moore Jr., Nancy Moore Green (Don) and Pamela Moore Jensen (Gary). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
