He is survived by: his wife Katie Stevens-Smith; his daughters, Brenda S. Howard (Herman), Shirley S. Foster (Kenneth) and Miya L. Smith (Jeffery Cleckley); his siblings-in-law, Ronald Stevens (Alice), Robert Stevens, Patricia (Spencer Tillotson) and Sheryl Johnson; and his grandchildren, Kenyatta F. Walton (Donald), Kenneth J Foster Jr., Angellica Williams (Macke), Herman Howard Jr., Magen H. Parker (Joshua), Jaeyden Cleckley, Maeysen Cleckley and Cannon Cleckley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives, and friends.
