It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kelly Elizabeth Amy of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, born in Opelousas, Louisiana, who passed away on October 6, 2024, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert Earl Amy, Zula Moreau Amy, John Marino, Jr. and Pearl Brasseur Marino. She is survived by: her parents, Alan T. Amy and Gail Marino Amy; her sister Kimberly Amy Brannon (Charles); her niece Esme Margaret Brannon; her godparents, Richard G. Lucito and Judith Richard Lucito; and her sister Dulce Maria. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Skip Montet Memorial Chapel at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas (2845 S Union St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
