He was predeceased by: his mother Della Marcus; his stepfather Eddie Turner; and his in-laws, Ross and Evelyn Williams. He is survived by: his wife Linda W. Marcus; and his children, Jamie Marcus McCurley (Jimmy) and Jesse Arling Marcus Jr. (Rachel).
