With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel Ann Pack Fleming of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pack and Anna Pack; her brother Wayne Pack; and her in-laws, Robert and Nettie Fleming.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Fleming of Baton Rouge, LA; her children, Nathan Fleming (Yolanda) of Baton Rouge, LA, Esther Fleming of Baton Rouge, LA and Heather Fleming of Alexandria, LA; her sister Jane Kubena (Fred) of Claysville, PA; her grandchildren, Frankie Camargo of Baton Rouge, LA, Angel Reyes of Baton Rouge, LA, David Reyes of Baton Rouge, LA and Wendy Reyes of Baton Rouge, LA; and her great grandchildren, Liam Camargo of Baton Rouge, LA and Camila Reyes of Baton Rouge, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (2562 Toulon Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70816).
