She was predeceased by: her husband George Lee Griffin; her brothers, Charles Russell Lobdell and William Lobdell, Jr. (Bill); her parents, Elizabeth Lobdell and William Lobdell (Bill); her parents-in-law, Catherine and Dale Griffin; and her brother-in-law Arthur Dale Griffin, Jr..
She is survived by: her great grandchild George Lee Griffin, Jr.; her children, Leigh Ann Griffin, Madeline, Jack and William Dale (Bill); her grandchildren, Lisa Griffin and Lauren Morehead (Matthew); her children, Michael (Ellie), Andrew and Elizabeth Barrett (Beth); her grandchild Allison Yeargin; her son Collin Yeargin; her grandchildren, Aubrey and Lydia; her children, Anna Katherine Jackson and Austin; and the father of her children Alan Miller.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. James Episcopal Church (205 N 4th St, Baton Rouge, LA 70801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial contributions would be appreciated to St. James Episcopal Church, St. James Place, the LSU Foundation, Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, or any charity of your choice.
