He is survived by: his wife Judy Byars Cambre; his son Edward Joseph "Joey" Cambre Jr.; his grandchildren, Christian, Ryan Kent, Corey Cambre, Carli, Chase Boudreaux, Darian Cambre and Colin Cambre; his sister Juanita McDonald; his brother-in-law Leland; his brothers, Vincent "Butch" Cambre and Paul Cambre; and his sister-in-law Mary. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
