He is survived by: his parents, Kenny May (Tammy) and Angela Swindle (Jack); his siblings, Derek May, Timothy Burge and Rebekah May; his aunt Janet May; and his grandparents, Earl May, Wilfred and Freda Guidry. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts are preferred that will be used by his family to honor his life and memory through The Dream Foundation.
