It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Duhon Martin of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Dwight Martin; her parents, Maurice L. Duhon and Elise M. Duhon (Guidry); and her sister Maureen Langlois. She is survived by : her children, Emmy M. Comeaux (Tommy Comeaux), Lydia M. McCarty (Shanna McCarty) of Alexandria, Melissa M. Davis (Lonnie Davis) of Atlanta and Jason Weekley of Bellaire, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Marcus of Baton Rouge, Meagan E. Banai of Baton Rouge, Layne M. LaBarthe (Tim LaBarthe) of Colyell, Courtney M. Ledet (Mark Ledet) of Fort Worth, Tex, Rebecca "Becca" Marie Martin of Atlanta, Taylor McCarty of Alexandria and Jalisacia Carter Brumfield of St. Gabriel; her sisters-in-law, Catherine E. Weekley and Alice Langlois; her sister Lydia Swarts (Barry G. Swarts); and her nieces and nephews, Todd, Robin Swarts, Ashlyn and Danny Davis of Panama City, Fla.. She is also survived by her three daughters, five granddaughters and one grandson, and seven great grandchildren.
