He is survived by: his wife Lynn Loechelt Broussard; his children, Kaylie Mitchell (Chad), Brad Broussard (Maci) and Madeline Broussard; his grandchildren, Ella, Easton Mitchell and Brooke Broussard; his parents, Gilbert "Gil" Broussard III (Donnie) and Betty Broussard; his sister Connie Herrin (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Jesse and Michael; his siblings-in-law, Gus Loechelt and Kate Loechelt; and his nieces and nephews, Victoria and Dale.
