He is survived by: his wife Miriam Kahl; his sons, Donald Kahl (Maureen Kahl) and Michael Kahl, Sr.; his grandson Donald; his great grandchildren, Abby Kahl, Aniya Kahl, Alyah Kahl, Mike Kahl III, Paisley Kahl, Enoch Kahl, Kinsley Kahl, Zoey Kahl, Haven Kahl, Charli Smith and Beckham Smith; his brother Clifford Kahl; and his stepgrandchildren, William McBride, Laura McBride, Allison McBride, Aaron Dougherty, Harrison Dougherty and Jacob Dougherty.
