It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ernest Weimer Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Claudet Weimer and Dr. Charles E. Weimer, Sr.; his brother Steve Weimer; and his nephew Taylor Weimer. He is survived by: his wife Holly W. Yee; his children, Cassandra E. Weimer (Steven) and Charles F. Weimer; his grandchildren, Andrew Michael and Evelyn Rose; his siblings, Catherine Weimer Sayes (Malcolm), Dr. Chester Weimer (Monica) and James Weimer (Dawn); and his nieces, Dr. Christie Sayes (Ken) and Dr. Jill Dewey (Ryan).
